ThisDay & ARISE publisher, Nduka Obaigbena and Dr. Precious Moloi-Motsepe, chairperson of African Fashion International recently announced that Arise would partner with AFI for the 2009 Cape Town Fashion Week. ARISE Cape Town Fashion Week will take place in Cape Town from 20-22 August at the Cape Town International Convention Centre.
