It all started back in October of '08.
Manish Law made a video blog on YouTube called "
Motormouth"... who knew that the Manish Vlawgs would be such a phenomenon? Now, Manish has turned his fan-favorite Vlawgs into "The Manish Vlawgs Mixtape" hosted by DJ Carbon.
"I made the Vlawgs at first to showcase my skill and get it out there, and show how easy it was for me. Once I write it, it's up in the noggin and I can one-take-Jake it all day. Then people started liking it, and I started using it as a promotional tool to promote my first album The Day of Wreckoning on ICTHIPHOP.com. People constantly came up to me like "hey man, when you gonna release vlawg such and such, when can I get that track..." People wanted to jam it wherever and enjoy it, so we decided to make into a mixtape. We decided to spice it up and make it a real mixtape with some features and some hooks, and we threw DJ Carbon in the mix to take it to the next level. "- Manish Law
