Manish Law an amazing hip-hop artist from the Midwest hailing from Wichita,Ks is a supreme lyricist and dynamic artist..I did an artist spotlight on him a while back. He does these online video blogs which he self titled Manish Vlawgs where he freestyles over a beat just to showcase his skills and word play ablities....Dude is sick he has about 26 of these vlawgs. Face of Africa 2010
Face of Africa is arguably the most prominent fashion event in Nigeria and 2010 proved to be no different....The event took place on Saturday 6th February 2010, the event was held at the Eko Hotel in Victoria Island, Lagos.
The Top 10 Face of Africa contestants were dressed in couture pieces by 10 of Nigeria’s most respected and talented designers: Zizi Cardow, Frank Osodi, Odio Mimonet, MOMO, Tiffany Amber, Ituen Basi, Adebayo Jones, Lanre Da-Silva Ajayi, Jewel by Lisa and Kosibah.

MTV drops old logo and adopts new one.
the new MTV logo and the original 1981 design
the television channel MTV has decided to change their logo after using their original design for 29 years.
they opted to only slightly refresh the original design because of its iconic nature and existing branding.
the new design is essentially a cropped version of the original one, leaving out the tag line ‘music
television’. this cropping gives the logo a wider proportion that is in a ratio of 6 by 4, the same as a
standard photograph. this design feature allows the logo to be used to display imagery as a fill. the new
design was done in house at mtv, while the original work was by manhattan design. you can read the full

Scarlett Johansson Designs Handbag for Haiti Relief
Scarlett Johansson is the new face of Mango and has helped design an exclusive handbag to go on sale in more than 1,390 Mango stores worldwide in March. All profits from the Haiti Handbag will be donated to Oxfam's Haiti Earthquake Response Fund.
The tote is emblazoned with an ancient map of the Caribbean country, with the message "Supporting the People of Haiti" written and signed by Johansson.
By purchasing this bag, you're helping to provide life-saving assistance, like clean water, to the people of Haiti," Johansson said. Recently Johansson auctioned an evening of her company to four fans to help benefit the relief effort as well.

Nigerian Female rapper Kel to leave Capital Hill Records
With just one album released, the relationship between Kel and Capital Hill Records which brought her to the limelight seems to have hit the rocks. Reports coming in from both camps suggest that the rapper whose debut album, The Investment, was released just last year, is about putting an end to her relationship with the label. Her deal with th label ends in March 2011, but Kel wants to leave immediately. So the label has demanded that she settles her debt before she can leave. "We produced her album for her, shot her videos and have promoted her ever since. She owes the label about N10 million and we have communicated this to her. We have also withdrawn her videos from TV as we cannot continue to promote her when she doesn't want to be with us anymore.". Capital Hill Records
